My wife brought home fried chicken, fries , gravy and a burger. The chicken was all dark meat just as much fat as meat and extremely greasy, the fries were literally cold, the gravy was sour and I do mean bad sour and the burger was precooked , dry . I ate 1/2 a piece of chicken and couldn’t get through the fat dipped some fries into the gravy and spit it out the gravy was rancid and the burger was definitely disgusting. I will never go to this place again ever not worth getting food poisoning which I expect later on tonight. Don’t waste your money.
Update just over a hour after I posted this I was sick 🤢 if it continues I will more then likely be at the hospital food poisoning is nothing to fool around with.
To the person that responded, I have already sent a message to the site you directed me to as a response to this post I sent it right after I posted this thread . I was sick for a day and a half and finally kept food down last night , I didn’t go to a doctor but I do know it was food poisoning. I work in the restaurant industry and have for 40 years , I also have my advanced food safety ticket so I do know what I am talking about . Please check your website for the message I sent it...
Read moreI gave 2 stars during our first visit here. I am giving a star today only because i can't rate them 0. My parents used to bring me to Jollibee growing up, and I remember having all the positive experiences.I was stoked when we finally had Jollibee in Red Deer, that means no more long drive to Edmonton or Calgary if I crave for palabok fiesta or their spicy chicken. Now that I have a kid, I'd love my son to experience the "culture", parents bringing their kids to jollibee after running an errand. We were about to spend another 50 dollars here, but the missing item we were promised to get on our next visit was not given to us. A burger you could have just given us without the embarrassing moment could have kept us as your loyal customers. I still love Jollibee, but my husband swore not to visit this location again and would definitely not recommend this place to any of his friends. Jollibee Red Deer, I wish you've done better. You told us, that you'd put my husband's name and number to your log book and we can come anytime to claim the missing item. Well, you went the extra mile but for embarrassing us. You lose our business forever over a burger. It's no more "bida ang saya"....

So I finally made the trip out to the Jollibee in Red Deer and yeah… totally worth it. The vibe in there? Super welcoming. The food? Hit every single note. But what really made it stand out was the service—and I gotta give a huge shoutout to Zyrille. She was absolutely killing it. Friendly, fast, and just made the whole visit feel like I was eating at my Tita’s house back home. 😂
The Chickenjoy? Still undefeated. Crispy as hell on the outside, juicy and seasoned inside—exactly how it should be. That Jolly Spaghetti? Sweet, cheesy, and full of comfort. You either get it or you don’t. And bro… the peach mango pie? Dangerous. I could’ve eaten four and still wanted more.
Honestly, I left full, happy, and already planning my next visit. Whether you’re craving something nostalgic or just want bomb fried chicken and good energy, this spot’s got you.
Props to the whole team at Jollibee Red Deer—and again, much love to Zyrille for making the place...
