New York Fries Bower Place — Restaurant in Red Deer

I went to Nyc Fries yesterday while I was shopping around. The man working was so sweet, personable and observant of his customers. He asked surrounding people if he could help them and while he was making me food he started great conversation that brightened my day. The food has always been great but that man’s customer service skills made the experience so much better. He is even went to the extent as while making my food I already ordered he double checked everything that was included in my poutine was good to go in like green onions and bacon. We appreciate you!! Hey, don’t want to write down but today experience was not even up to 3 out of10 in satisfaction and fair for price. Whenever I come to bower always choose New York fries instead of others for my one meal but this time I ordered butter chicken fries and the sauce was so watery it was $10 for price and fries were raw too. When I came to counter and asked for reimbursement she said I can add more sauce but the sauce was already I ate was not worth for price and I know the real taste of sauce and fries. Excellent service and delicious food at New York Fries in Bower Place! The staff were friendly and efficient, and everything was served fresh and tasty. The food was excellent—crispy fries cooked perfectly, flavorful toppings, and generous portions that were both satisfying and delicious. Everything tasted fresh and made with care, and it really hit the spot.
