Been ordering from here for years, normally service and food is good but the guy I dealt with tonight needs an attitude adjustment.
Called to order cheesy bread with a BOGO coupon that they sent out like two months ago. I've used it more than once already and their coupons actually just say "mention coupon at time of order" and don't tell you to give it to them, and they've never asked for it.
Tonight the guy answered the phone, I told him about the coupon and he sounded surprised, put me on hold for a few seconds (obviously didn't believe me) and then came back and said "K, it'll be ready in 15-20 minutes. Bring the coupon" and then slammed the phone down when he hung up.

Came in once and the pizza was amazing, they had no slices ready but made a whole pizza to accommodate the 2 slices I wanted for lunch. Came back a couple months later to order two large pizzas and wanted 2 slices for the 20 min ride to the lake, once again no slices in the warmer and told us no. I would be more accepting of no if they didn't advertise it on one huge window for 2 slices for 3.85 not to mention COMBO 1 is 2 slices and a can of coke. Customer service has gone down hill and I think if you advertise for slices than have slices on hand during lunch and supper hours. I came home from work today to find a white SUV parked in my paid for daily spot. It's pouring rain outside. My spot is mere feet from my door. Had to park in visitors parking where the driver should have parked. Many of these Driver's are using paid for parking spots at my condo to deliver pizza. They REFUSE to use the visitor parking. I told him he can't park there, and he proceeded to argue with me that he was delivering a pizza. As far as I know pizza drivers don't have rights to park wherever.
