Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Regina

I usually buy the hot n ready pepperoni pizzas. On one occasion, at another location, I got a 3 meat pizza because it was hot n ready. The Rochdale location at that time only had pepperoni, so I decided to try the supreme and asked for extra cheese. When I got the pizza I felt supremely disappointed, “did they think I wanted light cheese??” They even wrote on the box xcheese I was too hungry and in a bad mood now because I felt ripped off to complain about my order.

I awarded the extra star because I appreciate the staff member who saw me waiting outside in my car and brought it to my window when it was ready.

If I return, I will preorder by phone, I will state explicitly my request for extra cheese and the results of the extra cheese request from my last order and upon picking up check the pizza for cheese amount...

Really poor service. Tried to order online for delivery, but the software would not take payment from my card. I called multiple locations to see if I could place an order for delivery that way, but staff were curt and dismissive when I tried to explain why I was calling instead of ordering online. I'm aware that I can also pickup by calling, but that is not an option for me, as I am currently looking after 2 of my sisters while my parents and my third sister are in Saskatoon awaiting her emergency knee surgery. Go there almost weekly for family pizza night and we order from there for our kids bday party. Pizza always tastes fresh and prices are in beatable. I only had 1 bad pizza from them but 1 out of a million ain't bad

The review up too was from 3 years ago. Still a fav place of mine but I won’t order from here anymore. I’m my opinion it’s not covid safe. Small waiting area and people still refuse to wear masks.
