barBURRITO — Restaurant in Regina

I've been to the East location many times, but just the other day I went to the Rochdale location, and I think I may like this location better. Not that there's anything wrong with the East location, but the experience I had at Rochdale was like no other.

When I was ordering a burrito while the workers were about to add the topping, they kept recommending me sauces and condiments to try, while also providing me a sample to taste. The workers were also super friendly and quite talkative, which I feel enhances the customer service experience.

You can also tell they were really passionate about their work, which I can understand can be hard for many people. But with that happening, you can just tell that were nothing but good vibes going on, and I find that pretty uplifting.

Lastly, my burrito was good in the end. The guy making it wrapped it so nicely. No spills, no mess.

I gotta hand it to them, I was pretty happy with my experience at this place, and I'm definitely coming back...

Poor service and lack of customer service. We had ordered our meal through Skip the Dishes and part of the order got messed up and we ended up missing part of our meal. They contacted us and said that it would be an additional delivery and someone from the restaurant would deliver, we weren't given any indication about how long it would take. After waiting about 20 minutes, we had to call again to see what happened to the 2nd delivery and was told that it was just dropped off outside our condo complex. No attempt from the staff to notify us that it was delivered. No one even tried ringing the outside buzzer to our suite either. The food was cold by the time we picked it up from outside. We are very disappointed at this lack of service due to a mistake on their part. We have had good service from our previous orders however, we are disgusted with this lack of customer care. We will not be ordering from here...

Celiac review coming in HOT. I just want to shout out to BarBURRITO - you made dinner awesome for three Celiacs. Even though they do offer a gf wrap, we each had the mild chicken bowls. It was spectacular. Ild say pretty close to a Chipotle of the North. This was delicious, and it was healthy and I didn’t feel greasy fast food gross after ward.

The staff were very familiar with allergies, allergen QR code right on the glass. The allergen menu was super simple to read. None of us reacted to the food. This was a great gem of the North end of Regina.

Keep in mind that there could be cross contamination for celiacs (Even though we didn’t experience this) it is not a dedicated gluten free restaurant. I enjoyed it a lot. I’ll be back for sure.
