I dont usually write bad reviews but I am just frustrated with the woman working here. I ordered two drinks and a waffle then went to sit down to wait. I watched someone else's waffle go out before mine so I asked where mine was and she said I didnt order one when I did. Then I stand in line AGAIN and get ready to pay for it she goes and puts someone else's in before making mine. I will not come here if the woman is working again, im so annoyed with this and angry I left her a $5 tip on ONE drink. The boys who work here give better service than the woman and they make the drinks better too. I wasn't expecting anything free but all of that and expecting us to sit through making someone else's food again then making mine, poor customer service PERIOD. Don't offer me a free drink in the reviews, FIX HER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Fix the problem don't bandaid it with...

Not the fault of the staff, but of the company. Please maintain your properties! The door here is broken and slamming closed hard. When I went here earlier this evening, I crushed my finger in the door, and bled profusely on the floor. My partner asked if the attendant could grab some items from the medkit, but we were informed this location does NOT have one.

We still ordered and paid for our drinks while I was crying, he cleaned the blood off the floor with napkins, and the attendant gave us extra napkins for my hand.

PLEASE install medical equipment in your buildings, and PLEASE maintain your properties before it is a child that crushes their hands in the doors.

Maybe I'm spoiled coming from Vancouver, but the BBT here simply wasn't that good... It wasn't bad, but it certainly lacked in any flavour. The only lasting impression left after finishing my cup was that of disappointment... My standard order is Milk Tea with pearls, what I received at Gong Cha just tasted like straight up milk with a ton of white sugar added... Cha Time tastes infinitely better. Sad because I live close to this location 😩 BBT ain't cheap, for the price you pay I'd give this place a hard pass. I'll also echo what another reviewer said about their inconsistent hours. Came here 30 minutes past their posted opening time the other day, but everything was still all locked up. This place has low effort written...
