Burger King — Restaurant in Regina

DO NOT EAT HERE! Saw a person leaving with coolers out the back at 5:20 am. Pulled up to the window, the girl was laughing so hard we couldn't order. We were told to pull up to the window. We didn't want the item we asked about. We were told to drive back through the drive thru, and then her speaker was fine again, but still laughing. I got so fed up we pulled up to the window. I demanded every worker come to the window and apologize. We were met with rude arguments when we pointed out that an employee should NOT be sitting on the counter where they pass food to customers. When I demanded an apology it was very insincere. I notified them that the unprofessionalism was so horrific that my young child could di a better job and had better manners than them. They continued laughing, rolling their eyes and said that saying sorry should be good enough. I asked if I ran someone over with a car and said sorry, would that fix it? No.... they all need to be written up and fired immediately. I chose not to order as I didn't trust that I wouldn't end up eating their saliva or worse. Will add photos of...

While I am certainly one to get a craving for a Whopper once in awhile, I'm always slightly hesitant to use this particular Burger King location.

I've often times seen employees wearing gloves to prepare food, which is fine or even great,. However I will often see them move throughout the store, including leaving the kitchen, going to clean a table, throw stuff in the garbage etc, only to return to the kitchen (touching doorknobs along the way) and go right back to preparing food. Not washing their hands or changing gloves.

It's actually the sole reason I looked into how to make a Food Safety complaint through the Regina Qu'appelle Health Region.

To their credit though, I've never actually gotten sick from their establishment, though a few people I know have. I'm not adverse to ever eating at this location, though I know this would be a deal breaker for most, but I try to avoid it when possible.

Beyond that, they're a pretty standard fast...

The food and service here today wasn't very good. There was 2 people in the store and a dozen people lined up at their drive through. We ordered 2 whopper meals to go, and stood watching while one burger was placed in a bag and left for 5 minutes while 6 drive through bags went through. Then the fries that had been sitting in a rack the whole time got put in the bag and it sat while they made the next person's order and served them, before the second burger was finally made and added to the bag and we were served our food. By the time we drove home 6 blocks away the food was all cold and one burger had a single onion slice and almost no lettuce. We tried to phone a dozen times to the store and nobody bothers to answer the phone. This is the worst food and service we have ever received from a Burger King, and we definitely will not be...
