Starbucks — Restaurant in Regina

My husband went to North Albert Starbucks to pick me up a chai tea when he brought it home it was not a chai tea so he drove all the way back and he told me the manager made him a new one when he got home again it was still not chai tea So this time I took it back ask for the manager and told her the situation her response was let me make you another one( no apology) one of the other employees told me oh so sorry the machines were mixed up The manager handed me my chai tea and I said to her since we had to come back here twice could you offer me a free chai tea. Her response was..... ahhhhhh no I said really..... have you heard of the internet and I turned and left a very dissatisfied customer

A few days and no response from anyone ..... super bad...

This specific Starbucks location ALWAYS makes my order perfectly. I usually get the cinnamon dolce latte made with oat milk, or just a plain oat latte, and my drink is made to perfection. The batistas are always so friendly and accomodating, and the service is quick and efficient. If it is your first time visiting a Starbucks you will find the prices are a little more than other well-known Canadian coffee chains but totally worth every dollar. Even a single(or double) espresso is tastier than any other...

Terrible experience from the staff. The girl who made the drinks messed up 2 orders in front of me which took for ever and then messed up my order as well. A 3 minutes usual visit took me 17 minutes today.

Also she was busy talking to her co worker in their native language while making the drinks and ignoring the customer.

Again terrible experience, I usually go there once a day , will have to find another...
