I used to love the beef ramen soup. The broth was clear, nice sized vegetables...including snap peas and endame beans.

It seems they changed the content and the quality of their ingredients...only a few very small brocolli, no endame or peas corn niblets instead. The broth turned a milky cloudy probably due to low quality ramen. I tried a few EDO locations and it seems they have all turned to lower quality cheaper...

I am disappointed for the 3rd time. I ordered noodlefull bowl and they just cooked it for not even a minute they just put the food on the griller and done and when I start eating omg the noodles still raw, the veggies is raw and the sauce is different from the other Edo that I go to their teriyaki sauce taste different it looks watery and salty. ordered Chicken & beef bento. the service was good, the food servings just right. the food was hot and fresh as they cooked as i ordered. the taste was a little bit too salty though. the tempura shrimp for sides were crunchy and tasty. although you had to ask for extra dipping sauce for the tempura. overall it was a satisfying meal although for this meal ut was getting...
