When you enter the store you go to the till in front, I wasnt sure when i came how the process goes so it helps a lot to know what to do when you enter. Because I came when there's a massive group I had to wait about 25-30 minute for my food. The staffs were very accommodating and nice, They might be short staffed when I came Idk. The service can be improved more but over all the food and everything is perfect. I wanted to make sure i give an impartial review so i decided to eat as varried as possible. I ordered hong kong style wanton noodles, it hit all the criteria I was looking for wanton noodles, the stock was not strong so you can choose how much spice you put. I also ordered ginger beef and honey garlic pork to each of their own have amazing but not overwhelming seasoning and well cooked. Read moreMei Wei Regina has the most authentic Hong Kong style Noodle Soups in the city. Have tried almost every Asian Restaurant in Regina and my husband who grew up in Hong Kong can vouch this is the best the city has to offer. The clear broth is different for the wonton versus the braised beef and not just the generic stock some restaurants brew. Wonton Broth is clear and light, slightly sweet with umami and the Braised beef broth had a definite anise taste that doesn’t overpower. Wontons are plump combination of pork&shrimp encased in thin egg wrappers while braised beef cuts are melt in your mouth quality. Noodles are springy and plenty. Service is always quick and friendly even when it’s packed. Place is clean and parking is free and easy. We’ve been searching for the best and this definitely took us back to Tin Hau...

The pork noodle bowl was tender with the right amount of fat on the pork. The serving of chilli oils on the table could have been fuller I was digging out the last bit. The service could have been a bit better. The servers kept forgetting to fill our drinks. Other wise the atmosphere was clean and a nice...
