Some of the worst food I have eaten in a long time. Saw nothing but good reviews. So the first time visiting I ordered a bunch of items from all over the menu. I stood there for 20+ minutes listening to the microwave open and close non stop as the guy on the other side of the door prepared my reheated food from god knows when. The Teriyaki shrimp was so overcooked it was like chewing on bullets. The soup was bland and tasteless. The rice was already sticking together like day old take out in the fridge. Cant tell if I feel sick from the food or from spending 70$ on irradiated leftovers. Shameful business practices, the most shameful part is you pay for your food up front and the machine asks for a tip. I tipped this clown 10$ to go in the back and microwave my food...

What's also disheartening is you hear microwaves being turned on in the back. I'm guessing for reheating the broth. Service is also tricky as the person attending the front struggled to describe the menu. My feeling is if you have menu items that are listed as a special variant, you'd want to describe that to your clients vs. having to ask and have it be explained. Small things that I think would make a difference in the success of...

We've been to countless authentic and successful Banh Mi spots in Toronto, so our standards were set pretty high when coming here. Despite our many experiences, this place served some of the best vietnamese food we've had. The pork belly was incredible - meat was tender and the skin had just the right amount of crunch without being dry. The satay beef was flavorful, and so was the lemongrass chicken. The french baguette and bao bun were both freshly baked and rivaled the best ones I've had. The owners were also very hospitable and kind! Honestly so impressed with this place; Regina...
