Prairie Smoke & Spice BBQ — Restaurant in Regina

We recently had the pleasure of using Prairie Smoke & Spice for our event, and they truly exceeded our expectations. Right from the beginning, their communication was spot-on. They responded quickly to all my questions, made helpful suggestions, and worked with us to create the perfect menu that suited our group.

On the day of the event, the staff were incredibly friendly, making everyone feel welcome and ensuring that everything was set up perfectly. It was clear they cared about every detail and wanted to make our experience memorable.

And the food—wow! Every item was packed with flavor, and you could taste the quality in every bite. The meats were tender, juicy, and had that perfect smoky flavor, while the sides were equally delicious. Our guests couldn't stop raving about it, and we had people going back for seconds.

Drove up to Yorkton for my very first experience at Ribfest and tried the ribs at Prairie smoke and Spice (hey, I live close to Regina and wanted to patronize the locals). Dang...about two-thirds were tasty but the other third were dry and tough. I took some of those back and told them, “You won’t win with these ribs!”

So...why at a place like Yorkton Ribfest would they serve inferior food?

I contacted these guys online in search of an item for my BBQ that was discontinued. They had some in stock and emailed me photos to verify it was indeed the item I was searching for. It has taken me weeks to find any vendor who would kindly respond to my inquiries... It was Rob and Devon from Prairie smoke & spice who contacted me within moments, sent me photos of the item which they still had in stock and worked out the cheapest and most efficient way for me to receive my item (as I reside in Australia).
