Wendy's — Restaurant in Regina

Ok. Im one that prefers Wendys over any other fast food chain. But not today. This was the first location iv had to complain about my burger. Before i unwrapped it i said to my husband..this burger doesnt even feel hot. Then we began to eat and noticed how cold the burger was, the bun was extremely dry. We slowly continued to eat (bare in mind iv never had this problem and wasnt aware i could return the burger), after i finished eating i told the manager that the burgers we had were the worst we have ever had from any Wendys location. Not fresh. Dry. She told me well you should of brought it back....how do i know it wasnt fresh?! BECAUSE you take the customers word. Thats how. She asked me if i wanted a frosty i said no i dont eat ice cream. Id like a credit for a burger someother time thats fresh or my money back for atleast the sandwhiches..she was very rude at this point. She asked me if my kids chicken nuggets were fresh? I said i dont know im not eating them...then very angrily gave my money back and as soon as my back turned she started complaining about me to the workers in her language and all i could make out was customer. I said EXCUSE ME..im the customer and this is terrible customer service. Who does that? Very un professional. I went back to the table and told my husband what she said about the nuggets and aaked him if he tried them he said yeh they were cold when they got here. So the fact that she asked if they were fresh and gave me my money back for them too means she knows she served us all un fresh cold food. Will never return to this location. It needs new managers. Ones with less temper and more professional. That is a health code violation to serve people old cold food. You need a health and food inspector in there stat. The food is alright I guess, not the best that's forsure. But the other day I was actually so bothered by the customer service I received. I ordered my meal with a medium fountain pop but I also ordered, at least tried to order a small limeade as well because I wanted to try it, I've never had limeade but it was obviously too much to ask for because the lady at the till was judging me so hard about ordering two drinks for myself, she wouldnt put it down on my order and I just had to tell her to forget about the limeade and just hand me my cup. I was so offended that she was personally judging me on having two drinks to myself, I wanted pop but I also just wanted to try the new limeade. Jeez, definitely wasn't pleased with that, I've never even been judged for ordering 20 nuggets to myself at danks! Probably wont...

This Wendy's is a nightmare. Last 3 times we have done a Mobile order and it takes up to 30 minutes to get our order. They say they are too busy and that I have to go pour my own soda. Normally not an issue but the soda machine in the restaurant is always out of stock of soda. Only thing available is the Coke Zero. My wife is a dairy free diet (deadly allergic) and we always select no cheese for her burgers. But last 3 orders they put the cheese on. On duty manager always makes it seem like it was my fault that they added the cheese. Then proceedes to make a fuss about having to remake her burger. If I could give this place a lower rating I could. Keep telling myself that I won't return but do because it is the only Wendy's in our area. Do not come here if you want speed and/or accuracy...
