It is a very good Italian restaurant with delicious food!
Went tonight with my wife and kids (our 3 year old daughter and our 1 1/2 month old son), it is a great family friendly atmosphere. The food is very good and it is served in a generous amount, just like the restaurants in Italy, not too much but not too little either. So, if you have a good appetite you will be satisfied with the amount and stunned with the succulent taste. The menu is well balanced to satisfy different desires. The service provided to us by our waitress mademoiselle Sabrina P. was superb! She greeted us with a very friendly smile and made sure everything was taken care of in a very efficient manner. Because we had our (very young) kids with us, at one point it was difficult for us to pay attention to what was happening around us, those who read this and have kids will know what I mean... But, Sabrina was extremely patient and provided us with some needed time in repeated occasions. Once we ordered we didn't have to wait long. Every time Sabrina came back to the table she was smiling and making us all feel very welcome, made our daughter feel super comfortable and she even spoke to us in French and English (my wife and I speaks French, English and Spanish but my French is still a work in progress so I usually speak in English with my wife but her first language is French so while in Québec she addresses everyone in French, obviously). Overall, the service she provided was outstanding! It has been a while since we have had such a delightful experience. Thank you very much! We will gladly...

Definitely worth checking out! We were greeted by the owners I believe (if I read the menu correctly ☺️)…We went on a Friday night at dinner time without reservations with our baby and were seated within 5 minutes! The restaurant was pretty busy, so we would’ve understood if we would’ve had to wait. In terms of welcoming and service, it was very nice.
I do have to mention that it took quite a while before we were attended to once seated . We actually had to flag a server who walked by our table to ask for our server and she ended up taking our order on the spot, therefore ended up being our server. She was very kind and attentive.
The bread grill is awesome!!! I love their options of butter. Pesto, Tomato/Basil, Garlic and regular butter. Their bread selections is not bad either, you get Multigrain, Whole Wheat, Sesame and white.
The highlight for me was the Risotto! I do whish they would have a vegan Risotto but we did get to have it with the Fauxmage. They do have some Vegan options which we were pleasantly surprised with.
I’d say that for any occasion, this restaurant is definitely worth to try. Since there’s all-you-can-eat bread, we shared the risotto main dish and a side salad. We left feeling FULL. 😅
Also there is currently a promotion for kids. All item in kids menu are 5 bucks. It comes with a soup or salad, main dish (pasta or small pizza), drink, and dessert. Amazing deal for...
Read moreAlthough i liked this location, and the staff is friendly and more than willing to provide great service, giving more than 3 stars would not be fair with my feelings regarding the facts that at all Pacini's restaurants (and not this particular location) there could be more choices on the menu (main courses and desserts), and the fact that it is generally slightly overpriced for what you get (but not to the point to be upset). And for this specific visit, there was a lack of white bread at the bread bar, when this is the main attraction. Such things should not happen if you build your trademark around a specific feature that you offer, I think. Final note: there were 3 birthday anniversaries the night we came and I loved how differently from other restaurants the staff came around the table of the guests having their birthday, and the entertaining song they sang and put...
