first time going there.... walked in and it smelt good, noticed there were a bunch of flies because they sometimes have to door open but there were food flies in the pastry display case. no matter, i ordered. the prices are pretty cheap at 3.00 + tax for a large bubble tea including tapioca. i was happy to see such low prices. i ordered a large(idk why i should've tried it first) watermelon slush and it took about 7-8 minutes to be made. once i got it, i felt the bottom and the tapioca was warm/hot. i was suprised but tasted it. tapioca texture was soft, but there was a bunch of the warm tapioca liquid along with it the actual slush, did not taste that great, it was a lot like water or a slushy you get for a gas station, there wasnt Much of a flavor either.

Second time i go there, i go for a bubble waffle with ice cream. again it took about 10-15 minutes for everything to be done. it smelt good and looked good and i choose to get it with vanilla ice cream. once it was done and i started eating, the waffle has a good flavour but it was way to sweet for my liking. the ice cream on the other hand, was basiclly freezer burned. it had a couple ice chips in it. the texture was creamy, but the flavour tasted old. couldnt eay it mayb ill come again for bubble waffle but i doubt it. the people that work there are nice though.

the owners are extremely nice though. I no longer go in there for bubble tea or egg waffles, but for the pastries. where fresh tasting and delicious. I went near closing time and during the pandemic so they already wrapped up most of the items for the day but the two people I spoke with who worked there (maybe the owners?) were very friendly and nice. Took my family here today to pick up some bubble waffles and was not disappointed. The waffles were made to order and we had it with ice cream. Delicious! Unfortunately we came near evening time so there wasn't a huge selection of Chinese buns left. Friendly owners and the place was clean.
