I ordered the large with fresh rice noodles, since there wasn’t a medium size. Since there was a salmonella problem with the bean sprouts a couple of years ago, I always ask for them cooked. The basil leaves were fresh while a lot of places gave browning ones. The beef broth was served hot and tasted good as usual but the amount of noodles were not what I’d expect for a ‘large’ bowl. Probably because there’s less with fresh noodles ordered. However, there was enough meat in my order of raw beef slices with beef tripe and tendons.
