I usually love this store, but today(March 29 at 2:45 pm) my experience was so awful I will not return. I found what I needed and went to the cash to pay. The cashier (young girl) was honestly so arrogant and rude that I was shocked. No greeting back when I said "hi, how are you?" to her. She then rang up my items and stood there. I had to ask her how much it was. She told me with a sigh. She then pressed the debit button on her POS machine. I told her I wanted to pay cash. No answer. I said "Is cash OK?" She mumbled something back. I paid her and I said "thank you." She said nothing. It is sad that someone who obviously hates working here is employed at this location. She could not make it any more obvious that she hates her job, hates people and takes it out on customers. Management needs to intervene. I will not be back. If other customers get fed up with her attitude and take her business elsewhere, this girl will be out of a job. No customers in a business equals...

During this time, Bulk Barn opens up the option to order online in advance and pick up in store.
At the Markham and 14th location, if you show up without pre ordering ,you wait outside to place your order. But if you are just there for pick up, you inform the staff and they bring it out and you pay. That's it. No waiting.
At this Yonge and Elgin Mill location I'm currently standing in line with EVERYONE in line even though I've placed my order online in advance, waited for two hours, arrived on time and instead I'm still being told stand in line.
Literally, my order is ready but owner isn't thinking straight and make pre ordered customers to wait in line with others.
Won't be coming back for sure. I'll wait for my items coming back in stock next time instead of driving to...

When I got home, I couldn’t find the cinnamon, I thought it had dropped out of my bag somehow. Never thinking I left it behind .I went into the store today and right away,the Manager, I apologize,I forget her name, said to me, cinnamon, it startled me at first, then it hit me, I said I forgot my cinnamon the last time, I was here, yes, yes, yes. For her to say that to me,I was so shocked, that is great Customer Service, to remember, it was me, who had forgot, the cinnamon and two weeks ago,I was very impressed.
