This location is usually okay as long as it's not the morning rush. They try way too hard to keep their service times to a minimum which costs their customer service a lot. Having my order rifled through the window into my vehicle isn't leaving a positive impression on me. Furthermore, when I have to explain to the person at the window what a straw is as if I'm playing charades, well, that's just annoying. Clearly she couldn't hear me as she was exhausted as she was panting like she just sprinted through a 500m dash. Seriously?
EDIT: It's been a week since I made the initial review above. I went to this location again today and had the same treatment. They were rushing around trying to get everyone served as quickly as possible. This time it cost them the price of two Timbits. When they thrusted the bag containing two Timbits into my hand, they didn't really wait until I had a hold on it before they let go and the bag dropped onto the ground between the car and the window. Reduced from 3 stars to 2. I hope your service times are worth it.
UPDATE 23/12/16: It happened again! Went to this location to pick lunch up for my wife, a soup, bun and a bottle of pop. Everything made it into the car okay except for the bottle of Pepsi. The girl at the window opened the window, put her arm outside, and when I went to reach for it, she let it go and it dropped to the ground! And then she gave me attitude like it was my fault when my hand hadn't even extended out of my car window yet! Not sure why I keep coming back here... Oh yeah, convenience. But I'm starting to ask myself is it worth it? Updated star rating to 1.
UPDATE 26/01/24: Why do they put the SLOWEST person on drive-thru? It was pouring down rain this morning and the sloth taking the order took about 30-45 seconds to punch in each individual item with a complete confirmation at the end of each item. By the time she was done the inside of my door was soaked. And to make it worse she's all, "Could you scan your card there?" you know, while the rain is pouring into my car like I was sitting next to the base of Niagara Falls. Sure, that's okay. Just so you guys don't get your arm wet doing your job? 👍

Read moreThe plaza was nice when hot cars parked the lots and known no other than true pick up time for drinking a coffee was good for a big stretch of the community solidly bringing in people from a worth of a kilometer stretch of housing units. This store is definitely for the older folks but still ok to heavily encrypted to park it on a seat and stay inside so I just take it to go but very well versed to retained customers that have big family relative counts and family oriented parents bringing there kids but I'm Yonge that I won't be caught sitting alone so I leave it to the members of family that have stories to tell or people's that have handed down family brought together artifacts of passing onto there younger. Even though I'm 32, I still can't say I can ever look away from the crowd, and still not fit in. Nice to walk in and see who's around and hard to find seats one by the washroom or facing out the window by the main entrance. Maybe a really classy old style looking tim Hortons. There are really well put to getter shops Tim Hortons still does well for itself. Love...
Read moreI bought a coffee from Tim Hortons last night at around 10:50 PM. When I went to take a sip, the coffee spilled all over my hand and leg, burning me. It also completely soaked my white Canada Goose jacket and my white sweater. At first, I thought it was my mistake, so I tried again—and it spilled again.
I checked the lid and noticed that the edges of the cup seemed bent, preventing it from closing properly. I went back to Tim Hortons and explained what happened. They told me that this happens because of the cup holders they use to pull the cups out, which can damage the edges.
Since my entire jacket was covered in coffee, I had no choice but to wash it at home. Unfortunately, it got ruined, and I can no longer wear it. The stains on my sweater also didn’t come out, and on top of that, my hand got burned.
I have photos of everything. It’s really disappointing that a small oversight like this cost me nearly $1,800, along with a...
