Took my family to watch Superman, hadn’t been to this theatre for many many years.

Cost of admission is less than your typical cineplex and the seats are comfortable, but that’s where it ends as far as positives.

Order 2 kids popcorn combos for each of my kids was then asked if I’d like bottled water to which I said yes, was then told it would be an extra dollar for each, I said no problem… also ordered a nacho and and a regular pop for myself.

I look in the fridges infront of the snack bar and I don’t see any bottled water, I inform the person who took my order and she’s asks her coworker if there is any bottled water in the back to which they replied no… her co worker instructs her to not charge me the extra dollar that I was already charged per combo and I explain I was already charged the extra dollar per combo and paid for it and her suggestion is to give me a larger cup of tap water… like really ?

The original server is just looking at me like I’m an idiot and when I ask for a refund for the $2 she says we gave you larger cups for your tap water !!!

Eventually another staff member comes in apologizes for everything and gives me a $2 refund.

If you don’t have something available, don’t offer it and certainly don’t charge for it and then offer a ridiculous substitute if you can’t deliver.

The nachos and cheese were terrible, my kids didn’t like the popcorn or the tap water.

Bathrooms were disgusting, empty soap dispensers, faucets that didn’t work, no toilet paper in the stall, broken air dryers.

The staff is so disrespectful and rude. I went to see the movie Halloween with my friends and mom the movie was rated 18+ or come in with an adult. So first we buy the tickets, they give us the wrong movie timing so went to exchange it than we couldn’t get the same seats because it was already taking so we lost our seats which were their fault they gave us the wrong movie timing. After we got in the movies my mom came in to watch it with us even though she was sick she had to stay so we can get in to see the movie, she left her car parked outside the entrance because she wasn’t planning to stay only to get us the tickets because she was sick so she went to buy medicine at shoppers and park her car properly can you believe at like around 10 minutes of the movie when its all silence one of the staff comes in raises his voice at my friends and me saying “okay you guys out” you can't watch the movie go outside and other rude things he even said he went outside to look for my mom when he doesn’t even know what car she drives, he embarrassed us while we were waiting outside. One of the staffs was waiting with us while the other annoying one was looking for my mom and from the radio, he was telling the other staff who was with us “are the kids still there” first of all were all 17, not kids so disrespectful. The 2 men’s (staff) was giving so much attitude to us. We missed half of the movie because of him, The movie didn’t even have sexual content or nothing for the staff to actually kick us out because the movie 18+ It was only...

With all the fake reviews on this site I do need to shed some light on this situation. All though maybe the seats were comfortable and food was what you would expect from a movie theater just the employees were not to good at all. They were all Young people which was expected but they just had no professionalism. Now I was dressed casually with a Nike sweater and some generic shoes which is quite common. Because but for someone to report us for disturbing the movie "crawling around" like I'm a 6ft person. But the fact that they mixed me up with another person (most likely younger) who was crawling on the ground and making noise in the theater. But how they handled it was quite, interesting to say the least. About 5-6 employees surrounded yelling at me (still in the theater) swearing and were probably more of a disturbance the the original problem. So when I come out of the theater a short Bald employee who was most likely the manager who thankfully had some professionalism. Now I myself work with Children and adults and if I even show one bit of disrespect my manager would get mad, but the fact that yes, the movie theater manager was nicer but he didn't discipline the 5-6 employees who were basically ganging up on me. But they, like rats scurry away to the break room by the time I'm half way up the stairs. And I lose the $20 I spent on the ticket and the food all because of a misunderstanding.
