Had the Chicken Pad Thai and I have to say that it was a very basic and underwhelming experience. I kind of deserved it as I was being lazy and didn't want to drive to a place that makes one of my top 3 pad thai dishes. To me there is your generic everyday pad thai that most places make. I don't like saying this but GT was even below you average everyday expected Pad Thai. Just as I opened it and saw the colour I knew I should have drove the extra 8 minutes. I am.confident to say I will not being going to General Thai & Asia cuisine for Pad Thai. I have to say there were other dishes that also looked tempting that I may hp back for. Live and learn.

Right across the road from me a Thai restaurant which also serves my favourite Chinese dishes. Wow. Went in very hungry with blood sugar falling but——the only staff - combined chef, server and cashier was having her lunch. Hated to rush her do waited patiently. Food was finally ordered and delivered quickly but it’s more a take out joint. Only seats two tables. And no plates cutlery etc. served in take out bowls. Very unappetising. So decided to take it home. Just across the road! The food was great. No Halal here. But tasty. Will order again. Only Take out. A little expensive. Try the food. I will

Ordered last Saturday, food had a good flavour, however the chow mein was very slimy, I imagine because of the mushrooms being cooked incorrectly, I couldn't eat it. Also ordered the chicken and broccoli, the serving size seemed okay until I was plating it and realized just how unbalanced the portions were, way too much broccoli. Please correct that.

Today I ordered Sesame Chicken which is my daughter's favorite dish from this take-out place. However unfortunately the quality of this dish has fallen. For the second time I found the lack of chicken meat , just mostly batter ... I don't know if it depends on who the chef is for the day? I remember one time on a Saturday the same dish was satisfying with more chicken but twice over some months ago when I ordered it on a weekday I get the same disappointing lack of chicken in this dish. Just a lot of fried batter pieces ! I really don't think I will order this again. I do like their other dishes like Cantonese chow mein or Singapore noodles. Their prices have gone up too, which I understand but please give more chicken , less batter, for the...

Placed an order for pick up on Dec 09 2020. Food was disgusting! Cold and over cooked! Called to complain, which I have never done. I spoke with Ben the owner. He told me he understood, apologized and that he'd replace the meal. Kept my receipt with date and time. And listed the 6 dishes for future reference. I called back tonight, Dec 19 2020, and was told he did not recall offering to replace my meal. However, he did remember what I ordered and the total. Said that he'd give me a 20% discount. Which I refused. Obviously Ben is not a man of his word. In short he's a liar. In any case, buyer beware. This place is a hit or miss. And the misses are outright disgusting! And Ben, you've lost a long time...

The price is reasonable and the food is great. I got the Pad Thai, it was authentic compared to the one I had in Thailand. The rice noodles were authentic, the Scoville(spicy) level was just right. So I suggest you don't change the Scoville level. The rice noodles from Thailand are wider than the ones in Thailand. The bean sprouts were delicious with the dish. For the meat, I would suggest beef. It had the lemongrass taste and the taste that is in every Thai food. The Tom Yum Soup had an authentic taste of galangal and lemongrass. The bean sprout is also good. For the meat, I would suggest shrimp. There is the guava candy there on the table. Friendly staff and very welcoming...
