I had been anticipating the opening of this restaurant ever since the signs went up. Finally this might be a opportunity to get a good Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich in Richmond Hill. I ordered the Sandwhich and it was accompanied with some mediocre fries, they would have been much better if they were fresh. At first glance the sandwhich looked divine, but to my suprise after further inspection the filet of chicken inside the sandwhich was way to big. It was to the point where the breading falls off the actual piece of chicken and your just eating a large blubber like piece of chicken. I understand that some people might like the quantity of chicken you get in the sandwhich, but fairly enough the taste and integrity get tarnished. The bun gets soggy towards the end ( the bun should be toasted to avoid this ) and there is to much meat left without enough bun so it becomes a hassle to eat. What this place does good is the breading and flavour of the sandwhich is what a Nashville hot chicken sandwhich should be. They have the seasoning and the sauce completely correct.

My Advice: I recommend to make the sandwhich smaller in terms of the chicken size so you can ensure that the breading doesn’t fall off, the bun doesn’t get soggy and that each bite is filled with flavour. Maybe make one sandwhich into 2 sliders? Me and my friends all believe that this will severely help this place become a go to spot for food. Also if you can make Nashville hot chicken tenders, I believe those would sell out everyday! I also would recommend some type of chipotle mayo/sauce to be served on the side, this way consumers can utilize this with their sandwhich.

I believe this restaurant can become extremely popular if they just perfect what they have. Overall good experience and friendly customer service. I hope to see what Chicken N Dough has to offer...

My wife sent me this place on google and said we have to try this place one day. Looking at the reviews and some of the pictures, I was intrigued. We packed our baby in the SUV and made the drive down to Richmond Hill from Keswick and it was worth the trip! We ordered Nashville Hot Fried Chicken Sandwiches with the fire fries.....Ooooweee, this has got to be one of the best if not the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had. we were both extremely impressed! So much flavour, got some heat but just perfect! Good size sandwich as well! The fire fires were amazing! We loved it so much, we ended up ordering more food...we ordered the Spicy Garlic Parmesan and the Clucker wings with Onion Rings. I have had better wings. I've been to this place a couple of times now, and every time I'm blown away by how clean the environment is—it even smells amazing! But what really stands out is the incredible customer service.

Today, I placed an order but didn’t have quite enough money for a full dinner. We just got chicken and dough, but the staff went above and beyond by adding extra fries on the side, completely unprompted. Thanks to their kindness, we now have more than enough food for both lunch and dinner. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and truly appreciated.

Side note: the food is so delicious I got the fries with shawarma. It’s so so good and the quality of food does not make you sick afterwards like some other food places.
