First off I would like to say that I have ordered from Domino's Pizza in the U.S many times and have never had any issues. This was the first time I ordered here in the GTA and feel like I needed to post this to show how unprofessional the driver was. I am a First Responder in the GTA at my place of work where I decided to order multiple pizzas for my crew. I did this online for the first time and paid for everything via credit card. As I scrolled down the itemized bill I notice that there is a delivery fee of $3.99 plus tax which is fine but I would like to add that Pizza Pizza and Little Ceasers currently have a promotion of free delivery. None the less it was my choice to purchase pizza from Domino's and if I wanted it I would have to pay this fee....so sure let's do it! Approximately 25min passes by and I receive a phone call from a Domino's employee (unaware at the time it was the delivery driver) saying they noticed that there was no tip left on the order purchased! I was completely caught off guard by this phone call as I've never been asked to leave a tip even before food has been delivered. I've worked in restaurants all my young adult life before my career in Emergency Services and patrons sometimes but not always left a tip after food and service was delivered! Never was a tip given before you received your purchased items.....how did this driver know I would not leave a cash tip in an envelope were I had asked them to drop off the pizza (which I did)? In "special notes"section in the online order form I asked for the pizzas to be delivered and set on the picnic table outside by our BBQ. Why would the driver just assume that a paying customer was not giving them a tip? At the end of the day a tip is not mandatory for pizza delivery.....however I know that's how drivers make a large part of their income, that's why I tipped cash! If the driver dropped the pizzas off and there was no tip left then I could see a Domino's representative calling to ask if there was an issue with the product or service! I called to speak to the manager at this location and the assistant manager Jamie spoke to me regarding this situation and advised me that this should have never happened....I advised that this situation really turned me off from Domino's and that I wouldn't do business with company anymore, the main reason being that this was very poor...
Read moreI’ve been ordering pizzas every Monday from this location. I used to get delicious pizzas with good portion toppings, however, recently I’ve been getting barely toppings when I order extra! So, the last time I ordered extra ‘philly steak and mushroom’ on my philly steak pizza, it barely had philly steak on top. Then I decided to call and let them know. He was unpleasant to talk to but he said ‘I will give you “pizza credit” for next time’ so I said ok. This week I called to get my credit and he said ‘you only have a coupon of medium 4 toppings and philly steak specialty pizza is 7 toppings and if I deduct your credit, you will need to pay $8, so today is 50% off on the app so you can just order from there and use your credit later.’ I told him that ‘I’ve been getting pizza every Monday from this location for a year, so I don’t need it for another day. You told me you would offer “Free pizza credit” not just a coupon that I already can find on the app!’ He started arguing with me that ‘no I said I will give you coupon and that’s what I wrote here and he didn’t even let me talk!’ And finally he said I can offer you free regular philly steak this week but just this time’ Anyway, I went to pick my pizza up and I asked if I can talk to him. I don’t know his name but I believe he was Indian and a bit overweight. He came to me without even saying hello or can I help you or something, so I don’t know if he was the manager! I showed him the picture of last week and talked to him politely that this is the pizza that wasn’t extra.. He still kept arguing with me and interrupted constantly when I was just talking and I even told him that you don’t even let me talk! At the end he just said ‘ok ok my bad’ like in a way that I would just leave! He was extremely rude and unprofessional to me! He didn’t bother to be nice! This experience now leads me to switch my domino’s location. The other staff are really nice. pictures...

Ordered 2 pizzas from the Richmond Hill location (361 Carrville Rd). One veggie the other two toppings. When picking it up I looked at the veggie pizza only, which seemed fine. Once I got home the 2nd pizza had the toppings literally 3" from the edge and after tasting it, it was slightly under-cooked. We called to complain and spoke to X.
I explained the issue and was told that I had already inspected both pizzas, which was incorrect since I only inspected the first (veggie) pizza. After some arguing (mainly him insisting that it's not possible since they had done a quality check), I was told to return it for a replacement pizza.
Fine. We get there about 15 minutes later and showed him the pizza. He questioned why it took us 15 minutes when we live only 5 minutes away. Wanted to know what took us so long. He then opened the pizza and pointed to a single onion (that happened to be on the crust) and said "I can see that there is the correct amount of onion on the pizza".
Furthermore, he began to question us insinuating that we could have plucked the onions out from the edge. What an absurd and insulting accusation! He would not admit that his "quality check" was insufficient and continued to argue with us (with a smile on his face the entire time). It seemed like a joke to him, as he kept trying to come up with more and more excuses.
I am very disappointed in the quality of customer service displayed at this branch, I have never come across such poor conduct and behaviour. We finally left with a properly cooked pizza, but sorry to say we will not be returning / recommending this...
