This was my first time trying Poulet Rouge, and I was honestly impressed! The food was absolutely delicious ,the chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. I loved how many options there were to choose from, with plenty of fresh veggies and tasty sauces to customize your meal.

The employees were super friendly and made the experience even better. They explained everything clearly, from the different vegetables to the sauces, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Their attentiveness and positive attitude really stood out.

This is a newly opened location for Poulet Rouge in Hillcrest mall. We're always on the lookout for vegan and vegetarian food options and noticed Poulet Rouge offers a plant based alternative for the chicken. The food was fresh and tasty. The chicken (or plant-based option) come in one of 4 different flavours - BBQ, Spicy, Lemon or Garlic. The staff were very helpful in explaining the options and various ingredients.
