I ordered a veggie drink at 7:30 pm and was told the veggie juice machine was closed. I mentioned that they open until 8 pm. The girl working said they close it down from 7 pm because they clean it so that they can close up at 8 pm sharp. I asked if that’s their policy to shut down the veggie juices at 7 pm that they should make note of that in their menu. The reply I got was, “everywhere they close it down at 7.” I asked if corporate, would corroborate that claim and she said yes. I would suggest to corporate that if the franchise owners are making these rules or empowering their employees to make these rules and not serve a drink that they should think twice as this provides a terrible experience. I had the worst experience at this location. I clearly asked for a small mango juice for my granddaughter and repeated my order to make sure it was clear and told the man serving me that she would not be able to finish anything larger. My husband paid and got the drink, when I went back to say it was not a small one but, a medium one, the man, I think the owner, was extremely rude and insisted I ordered a medium one. I can understand someone making a mistake, but I know he didn't. Paying almost $10 for a drink that I didn't order is simply wrong. My granddaughter was only able to drink less than a third and I had to throw the rest away because when I tried it, I realized there wasn't any mango juice in it, just some flavoring and tons of sugar, not at all what I asked for.
