If I could go any lower with the rating I will definitely! I’ve tried hero’s in different branches and food is okay but this branch at Leslie is seriously a big Nono! So far as I know all the ingredients and make should be the same in every branch but why is this branch has the worst taste? The customer service sucks! I came today to get chicken & fries and a milkshake, there were 2 staffs today, I was in a hurry for work and I asked him politely( being a customer!) to make my milkshake a lil faster and he said he can give me in 5 min. I totally understand that there were 2 more customers and they were busy with their orders. After few minutes I went back to check on the milkshake and asked the staff, he said “I have only two hands and I have orders to do. You have to wait. I can’t do it now”. I’m a customer and is this how you treat a customer? Where is your customer service!?
