i got the strawberry cream croissant and the king cream donut. honestly, the pastries were not that greatโฆ not terrible but not good. the donut did not have much cream and the croissant tasted stale. the price point was higher than many other bakeries, and for no good reason. the donut was around ~$6 and the croissant (which was small) was around $4 if i remember correctly.
most of the experience was self serve. you get your own tray, your own wax paper, your own tongs, your own pastries. then you bring all of this to the counter where you pay. for that reason, i donโt understand (and frankly am annoyed by) the cashiers asking for tips. tips for what exactly? other than having to pay, i did not interact with an employee even once. i pressed the no tip option, and the cashier made a face. this entire experience was incredibly uncomfortable. i am still utterly confused as to why in the WORLD i would tip in this situation. WHY would an employee get a tip? please focus on hiring less entitled employees, or at the very least, donโt have them work the counter and represent your store.
the inside of the store was clean. the pastries were not good but not terrible. however, despite a lack of service, the cashiers will pressure you to give a tip. personally, i will not be...

After shopping at Costco with the family, we stopped by here. The coffee was great, and it was wonderful to have everything from meals to desserts all in one place. The store is spacious with plenty of seating, making it comfortable for families with strollers to relax.
They have an incredible variety of bread; the Pain au Chocolat and Almond Croissant were the epitome of crispy and sweet. The outside was crisp, the inside soft, making them a perfect match with coffee!
There are also sandwiches for a light meal, and roll cakes that make excellent gifts, making it an ideal spot for family outings. Bringing desserts home would surely make anyone happy!
I'm a huge fan of Cafe Mocha, and it tasted so good. No matter how cold it was outside, I ordered it iced! My wife said it was delicious too~
Even though it was snowing outside, I'm glad we came. The atmosphere was nice, making it a good spot for a date, and we plan to return. The staff were bustling around,...
ย ย ย Read moreThis afternoon, I visited the counter to place an order and presented a $3 coupon for a medium iced latte on my phone. The cashier, Sophia, displayed an unprofessional and impatient attitude throughout the process and appeared to lack knowledge of her job responsibilities.
She made mistakes with my order twice, and the second time, the total amount charged was still incorrect. When I pointed out the error, she refused to acknowledge it until another staff member stepped in to resolve the issue. I greatly appreciate the assistance of the other employee, who handled the situation efficiently and courteously.
However, Sophiaโs behavior during the entire interaction was highly uncomfortable and unacceptable. Not only did her lack of professionalism lead to repeated errors, but she also blamed the customer for her mistakes. This level of service is disappointing and has left me unwilling to return, as it feels like a...
