Horrible customer service! Placed order by Uber. Pizza gets delivered by Uber because that’s their job - they drive the food - they don’t make the food. Our pizza order was wrong - wrong toppings for the specialty pizza ordered. Called store to tell them pizza they made was not what I ordered - they tell me if placed with Uber, call Uber it’s their issue. What? Did Uber make the pizza? Put the toppings on? Put in oven? Or did this Pizza Hut location do that. Uber only delivered the pizza that was MADE incorrectly by this location. I read same toppings on order they see, yet they made with the wrong toppings. Telling me to go talk to Uber. Deflecting the blame and not taking ownership for reading wrong and making wrong and fulfilling wrong and offered no compensation or apology or offer to fix right away. Edit: The called me, apologized and offered a remade Pizza. Good customer service. However the pizza still had less toppings than other locations and the chicken was still minuscule compared to how it should be.

I usually go to a different pizza hut on John Street that never lets me down. Decided to try this one for the first time and had a terrible experience. I got this Nashville pizza from John Street and it was covered with big pieces of chicken. I get one from this location and there was barely any chicken on it. The pieces that were there were tiny like they tried to cut them as small as possible. They are trying to screw you over and give you an inferior product to save money. I had a great experience with Pizza Hut! My order was prepared on time, everything was fresh, hot, and exactly as I requested. The food quality was excellent — delicious pizza with the perfect crust and generous toppings. Special thanks to Nisarj, the representative who helped me with my order.
