Cream n Sugar Cafe and Bistro — Restaurant in Richmond Hill

I’ve been coming here for a few years, and let me tell you what a wonderful cafe. What a tremendously kind couple who run the store.

I have never not been welcomed with a smile by the husband, or his wife followed by kind words. Very attentive service, but not bothersome.

Their deserts are to die for, but I try my hardest lol 🤦‍♀️ Their selections of deserts are wide with things I’ve never tried. I usually pick one “out of a hat” and so far so good!! They have all been delicious so far. I have had a waffle cone, they are of a very sufficient size, and unfortunately VERY DELICIOUS.

Every time I go I get one of their garden salads in the window, which are a pretty good size and I like their dressings.

I never leave reviews, I really don’t have time, but because of the kind service you get here I definitely took the time out of my day to write a review.

I don’t care how much I like someone’s food, if the service is bad I WILL NOT COME BACK, if the clerk is bad I will NOT COME BACK, but I am absolutely fine dinning here. They actually care about their business, they Could hire people (a bunch of kids) but it’s the owner and his wife that greet you.

Came into town traveling with my best friend and his family. Wanted to find somewhere close to our hotel for dinner that wasn’t a chain restaurant. Came across this establishment through google. My friend had two kids ages 9 and under who are let’s be honest, limited in what they will eat or try. The had the pizza and it was perfectly crisp and cheese that stretches when you grab your slice. I got a Chicken shawarma sandwich on a bun (pita also available). Bun was toasted, chicken was crisp fresh and full of flavor. The veggies on the sandwich were all fresh like they came from a garden out back. One thing to note, the owner was the only one working, he took our orders as well as another group. Then made everything himself. No long wait, and even brought it right to your table. Granted we were there at a later hour 6:45ish. I could not let the sandwich be the only food I tried as the display case is littered with delicious looking pastry’s. Please do yourself a favor check this place out and give yourself some time to enjoy a meal or coffee, and then have a pastry and enjoy the atmosphere. 10/10...

Located where second cup used to be, this place opened up over 3 years ago but it is our first time at this family owned cafe. We came for brunch.

The decor and seating is lovely and there are plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your meal. Love the wall mural and little touches of mini plants at each table. The cafe has a lot to offer such as sandwiches, ice cream, pastries, chili, pizza and various drinks. The owners, Ali and his wife, are so friendly and offer a great customer experience. Prices are reasonable for the size and quality of ingredients you get.

Order is placed at the counter and the food is brought to your table.

Chai latte - flavour could be stronger.

Small hot coco customized with skim milk-delicious

Avocado toast-generous amount of avocado 🥑, beautifully plated. Delicious

Bacon and egg sandwich on sesame bun-lots of eggs, could use a bit more bacon, but overall filling and yummy

So glad we got to try this place today. We will be back go order other items in the menu like...
