My family and i were from out of country and wanted hot pot on a saturday evening. My fiance's parents are not usually hot pot fans but after our experience here they have been asking for more hotpot places. It was our first time here so we didnt know where to start. The worker (not sure if it was the owner) was so kind and patient helping us get started. He kindly guided us from helping us choose our broth flavors and spicy levels perfectly. We all got the pork rib broth and absolutely loved it. the spicy levels here are actually spicy unlike other places. The broth was very concentrated and you could tell that they really care about their quality and customer service. Everything tasted fresh and the place was very clean so we felt comfortable. on top of the excellent service- everything was reasonably priced. it is now monday and we cannot stop thinking about this place lol. we can't wait to make another trip back to canada just so we...

There’s literally nothing bad about this place. This place’s malatang is the best one I’ve tried so far in Canada. All the ingredients are organized and managed freshly. The staff is really friendly and attentive. They always help the customer who visit for the first time by telling them the basic instructions of order and also the good suggestion. It’s not the only one, but everyone I’ve met were super nice. The lemon tea is really good with a reasonable price, and it’s really good to have with the malatang.
