If I could give no stars I would. It was beyond disappointing and honestly I wonder how they are still in business. We were visiting Richmond and saw that there was a BBT place close by to where we were staying. We went based on the decent reviews (were these paid reviews?). As we were walking out towards the Costco (literally across the street) we choked on our drinks. It had a sour taste to it and we were scared we were going to get violently ill from it. You know that wet towel sour smell? That's what it tasted like. The first garbage bin we saw in the parking lot both our drinks went in it. Avoid this place if you can. It's not worth the money and getting food...

The place was clean and neat, the lady there was polite and sweet, and the presentation was great. We got the mango lover’s coconut pudding, and it was worth it just to eat a fresh coconut on a warm day. The mango pieces were sweet and the chewy taro balls were fun to eat. It was a great experience to try at least once!

After speaking with what seems like the owners (the lady and an older gentleman), I can tell that they put a lot of effort into this place, especially if they’re getting coconuts from Thailand that have a hefty bit of meat to them and cutting them open themselves. Kudos for all of...

Tried this spot for a drink after hitting the escape room across the parking lot.

The taro yogurt drink was a bit too mild for me, it was extremely creamy but the flavour just wasn't strong enough for my palate. I was pleasantly surprised by the bits in the bottom! The Mad Mango was really great and it's definitely the number one drink for a reason! It was creamy and flavourful and delicious, I definitely recommend that one!

The art on the wall is beautiful and there's a nice peaceful vibe inside with the nice art and soft music. Just keep in mind that they don't take...
