If I could give no stars I would. It was beyond disappointing and honestly I wonder how they are still in business. We were visiting Richmond and saw that there was a BBT place close by to where we were staying. We went based on the decent reviews (were these paid reviews?). As we were walking out towards the Costco (literally across the street) we choked on our drinks. It had a sour taste to it and we were scared we were going to get violently ill from it. We got the mango lover’s coconut pudding, and it was worth it just to eat a fresh coconut on a warm day. The mango pieces were sweet and the chewy taro balls were fun to eat. It was a great experience to try at least once!

The taro yogurt drink was a bit too mild for me, it was extremely creamy but the flavour just wasn't strong enough for my palate. I was pleasantly surprised by the bits in the bottom! The Mad Mango was really great and it's definitely the number one drink for a reason! It was creamy and flavourful and delicious, I definitely recommend that one!
