Wow. Just wow. I have never left a restaurant feeling as wholesome as I have today. Sidh is a fantastic human being and treated us to a magnificent meal even though they were prepping for India vs. Pakistan in the Asia Cup (wooo go India!). First of all I want to explain that they weren't really even open and he still let us come in and cooked a private meal for us. We were blessed.
Then came the good part, we were given the lightest chips I'd ever snacked on to get our already ridiculously hyped appetites up to 11/10. Then he gave us a wonderful chai tea, the milk steamed not too hot but the tea hit just right.
I ordered the butter chicken, as a rule, I always have to test the butter chicken as it's my standard of eating at Indian restaurants, and I was not disappointed.
What followed was the warm embrace of flavours and care that Sidh puts into his food. I was so blown away, a perfect array of spice and sweet, there is a peak and frankly, this broke right through and past it.
My family had different Biryanis and they all had unique tastes and were all cooked from the heart.
Even though this place doesn't exist yet properly, as an alpha tester, I am so excited for their future. If you get a chance to order from Sidh tell him Google sent you, you'll not be disappointed.
Oh and his naan is next level.
For people that understand the reference, this is shokukegi no Soma...
Read moreAm sorry to post here Siddharth as I don’t have your contact email and you don’t answer phone. I was truly disappointed by everything. Just because your place was close to airport, and my friend’s house we planned event on June 8 th. You are very soft spoken and well mannered person and decor of the place nice but Elevator was not fixed as you promised. Many of my guests with health issues, seniors 80+ had hard time climbing the stairs, as their host I felt very guilty about it. You never sent me estimate of quote for the event by email. Your place is too small for 55 people, it is okay more like 35 people. But you gave me min limit of 55 in oder to be viable for you. Food was not to my expectations. Naan was very chewy almost made up of frozen and warmed in oven. Biryani was not cooked properly. Few items such as soft drinks, papad, pickle on my menu list were not served. Food wasn’t ready at 12:30 pm. A/C did not work as several windows were kept open. Crowded place like that it was not comfortable for people in inside hot temperature. You were running low on staff as any other Indian restaurant. Don’t mean to dishearten you but you need to know this if you wish to be successful in...
Read moreI had the pleasure of dining at Biryani Bhai restaurant recently, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The dishes served here are a true testament of the chefs!
The standout for me was definitely the Butter Chicken. It was a rich and creamy delight, with just the right balance of spices that left my taste buds dancing with joy. Paired with the soft and freshly baked Naan, it was a match made in food heaven. The naan was perfectly fluffy and complemented the flavors of the butter chicken beautifully.
What makes this dining experience even more exciting is the anticipation for the restaurant's official opening. I, for one, cannot wait to return and explore more of their tantalizing menu. Biryani Bhai has certainly set a high bar for itself with its exceptional dishes, and I have no doubt that it will become a beloved culinary destination in no time. Definitely worth the drive from the north...
