The best beef rice noodle soup there is! If you're feeling adventurous and willing to try something different, you must try this! They really try to keep everything authentic Chinese, and I LOVE coming to this place because their beef is SO flavorful and is tender enough to melt in your mouth. They also have a selection of beef innards in rice noodles (which is amazing, especially beef tendons!), otherwise, their beef brisket noodle soup is highly recommended. I haven't been back since covid but my memory of their flat rice noodle is like eating fluffy clouds. Their beef offal noodle is my favorite, always generous in quantity and quality. I look forward to the day I will come back to your store. These guys truly are masters of their trade.

Yes price was expensive for a joint in a mall but well worth the price because literally nobody does their noodles like them....
