Totally unlikeable staff. Extremely rude. I've had over 6 years in the industry of food service and not once have I had an experience with such rude staff. I work at YVR and I usually only stop by to get ice and water. First time I got it, machibe had a sign saying "dont use water it's causing leakage" and this Filipina woman told me it's causing leakage. So I walked away and got water elsewhere. This was about 3 to 4 months ago.
Yesterday at work, I walk by and noticed the sign was gone. So logically thinking, I thought it was fixed. So i started to pour water until she saw me and started yelling "stop putting water. I told you before it causes leakage. I've told you 3 times before." In front of 3 other passengers.
This isn't the only incident with this location but majority of the time, rude customer service that makes it almost not worth it being there. The Filipina ladies there also tend to speak a different dialect when you're ordering which can make it...
Read moreThe lady was rude. I asked for sub sauce on the side. 3 per salad and subs. She said that’s a lot I can give you 2. Yet. I don’t get cheese. More money saved ok no cheese than sauce. She argued with me. 3 times in fact. Said she was not rude.
I spent $33.00 today alone.
I am the highest level of rewards status. ALL STAR. So have spent more than $400,00 this year alone.
A busines that thinks by saving pennies by giving less (even though no cheese save them more l) is a stupid way to run a business.
Go through the airport every week. Will never buy a sub.
Training in customer service would help this biz make more money than giving less food.
Do Better!
