The service was awful, rude, and condescending. I would give no stars if I could. I don't usually write negative reviews but the attitude of the staff was unacceptable. He just leave my coffee and my food in two different pick up areas and without telling me. First he put the coffee high up on top of the metal hot water machine and I have to ask is this my coffee after 3min and he says oh yah then I got the coffee and told him politely, it would be nice to let the customer know the item is ready and give it to them. His response was are you ok? how is your day? (In a condescending tone) and I went to the usual pick up counter waiting for my beef biscuits and I again waited for a while while other people behind me were getting their items so I have to ask hime again is the beef biscuit ready? Then he picked up a paper bag near the counter which was sitting there for 5-8 min. I was very much annoyed at that point so I took the items and left the counter, feeling frustrated. Timmy is my usual coffee go to place and they are usually pretty ok across Canada so I feel surprised by the poorly trained staff and I will choose another coffee place...

I had one of my worst experiences at Tim Hortons recently. I arrived around 5:15 a.m. and noticed a family already waiting at the counter. Strangely, no staff were at the front to take their order. We all stood there for a few minutes, unsure of what was going on.

Then I started hearing loud giggling and laughter coming from the back. It was obvious there were employees present—they were just ignoring the customers. After a few more minutes, I called out and asked if they were open. Only then did someone finally respond and come to the counter.

When I finally got my order, the situation got even worse. Two employees started arguing with me for no clear reason. The tone and attitude were completely unprofessional. I was so uncomfortable by the end of the interaction that I didn’t even eat the food—I honestly didn’t trust it at that point.

This experience left a really bad impression. Being ignored, then treated with disrespect, and finally feeling unsafe about the food I was given is completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope management steps in to address what’s clearly a...
