Reply: Maybe use common sense provide a tray or any possible way to move a bunch of food items somewhere else to eat. As I said it's pretty difficult to find seating in the area to begin with. I enjoy how the reply disregards any mention of the tomato or paper thin meat patty. Stay classy Triple O's
OG review: I had to pay 25 cents for a bag, McD's, Wendy's, literally no other fast food establishment charges this why? How the hell can I carry a bunch of items without the bag. If we are pretending it's about the environment please behold this glorious massive piece of single use plastic for fries lol. I'd suggest get at least a double patties they are paper thin. I'd skip this place. Also good luck finding a table in that area god help you if you didn't splurge for the paper bag or you're screwed. I watched people drop their food items fumbling around looking for a spot because bags Louis Vuitton here.
Also this rock star crew left the very spiny part of the tomato in the burger so I had to toss that out as it's sharp as all hell to eat....
Read moreFood was fine, but I didn't appreciate the tip options on the machines when you're paying by credit card. Tip options, which were all over 15%, are predatory against international travelers as they would think they need to tip when they don't. I tried pressing on the screen to change the tip option, but then realized that you had to use the physical buttons on the machine as it was not a touch screen. It took me a while to figure it out and the cashier didn't help me when I was struggling. I told the person beside me how to change the tip options using the physical buttons as he was having trouble changing it also.
This is not a sit down restaurant where wait staff provides you service. It is a fast food restaurant and it is self-serve. Tip options on the machines should be removed. You seriously can't expect 15% to 20% tip for grabbing fast food. White Spot is a sit down restaurant....
Read moreOn Friday, January 10th, between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm, I visited the Tripple 0 location at Vancouver International Airport. When I attempted to pay with my debit card, the payment machine experienced issues: it ran out of paper and displayed that the transaction was declined. The staff asked me to use another payment method, so I used my credit card. The transaction was approved, but no receipt was generated. When the staff asked me to pay again, I showed them on my mobile app that the payment had already been processed. The manager was informed, and after explaining the situation, he told the staff not to worry further. However, upon reviewing my bank statements later, I discovered that I had been charged twice: once on my debit card and once on my credit card. II have evidence to show this, please reply with an email for a solution since the phone number listed on this page...
