Will start with the positives. Although the beer was expensive, there was a relatively good choice and what we had, we enjoyed. Service was mediocre, we were not asked if we were enjoying our food and I know exactly why, because the food is awful! We got mac n cheese for $22. It was a tiny portion of under cooked pasta with watery, tasteless cheese sauce. Kraft Dinner would have been an upgrade! My husband had the poutine, it was $15, small potion size and tepid, I don't think it had ever been hot as the cheese curds didn't even melt! I asked for a side of fries which was not on the menu, they said that they could do that. When the fries arrived ($8), there were plenty of them but they appeared to have been cooked, left for a few days and then reheated. There was so much salt on them, they were pretty much inedible but I ate them because I was hungry and just could not eat more than half of the mac n cheese, it was that bad! Do not recommend this place at all. Over priced. Inattentive staff who know the food is terrible so just avoid asking about it. Just eat pretty much...

⛔️⚠️Be cautious about price discrepancies. We added bacon to the poutine and miso-glazed salmon to the grilled chicken and kale when placing our order. We double-checked the prices on both the provided menu and the online menu via the QR code before ordering. However, the final bill we received had different prices.

The salad was $25 instead of $21, and the miso-glazed salmon was a staggering $14.50. While the prices are understandable, it’s only fair to inform customers of the correct pricing before they place their order.

Additionally, when I asked about the price of drinks like Coke or Sprite, they said they didn’t know and just told me to go ahead and order. Honestly, it was absurd. For the record, the salad dressing tasted like something a baby would spit up. Even if I have another chance, I won’t be dining here again.

Is a Google rating of 2.0 a score that a properly run business should have? It’s hard to find any restaurant on Google with a rating as low as 2.0....

I’m genuinely surprised by all the negative reviews, I mean everyone is entitled to their opinion and experience but my family and I just had a wonderful experience here. Airport food is typically expensive, but we found everything fairly reasonable. We didn’t order any liquor besides a glass of wine, and the prices were all listed and available with many options to pick from. Our server was very kind, checked in on us multiple times, we enjoyed everything we ate, great wings, great fries and gravy, great coffee, just overall a really good experience especially for an airport. They let us sit and stay for awhile too just to kill time and watch the hockey game, next time we’re looking for food in the airport I’m sure we will return. Sorry to those with a negative experience, but we definitely would recommend this place if you need to kill some time in the airport and are looking for some good...
