A&W Canada — Restaurant in Rivière-du-Loup

Terrible! Change your hours of operation on Google not to indicate that you open at 7am. Showed up at 7:53 and found the door locked with two staff members visible inside in the kitchen. As there was no sign anywhere indicating hours of operation (in 2022???). I knocked on the door, then a window as well as the drive thru window to find out if they were opening in just over 5 minutes. Nobody raised their heads. Got in my car, drove through the driv thru to see if that would work. The screen was all broken with no for of call button. They deserve to go out of...

Went in the evening around 7pm and ordered fries,burgers and chicken fingers along with drinks. The machine was out of coke and the rootbeer didn't taste 100% normal. Food was done within minutes but the fries were cold and seemed like they had been sitting out for awhile. The burger was somewhat warm but not steaming hot, same with the chicken fingers. The bathroom was clean and same with the store besides the garbages that were overflowing by the main door and drink station. Would not recommend eating here if you like all your food...

Encore une fois, très mauvaise expérience au A&W de Rivière-du-Loup. C'était la troisième fois que j'y allais et c'est clairement la dernière que vous m'y verrez. Je sais qu'il manque beaucoup de personnel, alors je ne me plaindrai pas du temps d'attente qui était somme tout raisonnable..! C'est plus ce que j'ai mangé, ou devrais-je dire ce que je n'ai pas pu mangé, qui fait l'objet de ma critique… Donc pour commencé, j'ai commandé un Burger Poulet BLT et j'ai reçu un Burger Poulet B.. Vous comprendrez qu'il n'y avait pas de tomate dans le burger BLT et le morceau de laitue était tellement petit et mince qu'il a fallu je démonte mon burger pour la trouver… Je retourne au A&W pour qu'au minimum on mette une tomate et de la laitue dans mon "BLT".. Le commis me répond alors qu'ils ont plus de tomate.. Dire qu'on m'a vendu ce Burger de poulet au prix d'un BLT.. J'aurais surement pris autre chose avoir su!... Ensuite, mon combo était avec des frites de patates douces. Je sais même pas si je devrais écrire frite au pluriel... Je les ai compté tellement le sac semblait vide. J'en avait 12.. Une douzaine, that's it !!! C'était à se questionner sur la taille du pots de sauce mayonnaise épicés. Pourquoi était-il si gros? Une cuillère a thé et j'en aurais eu amplement assez….. Ah et pour finir, la fameuse Root Beer en deux mot: Ben flatte..! Bref, j'ai été vraiment déçu encore une fois. Un repas a 15$ qui valait même pas la moitié...
