After a long day of driving we decided to order pizza from Pizza Salvatore. We ordered via the app, an hour later there was no sign of the food despite the tracker saying it was out for delivery. We called the store who confirmed the driver had not picked the order up yet to deliver (so the tracker was wrong), they assured us it would be 5 more minutes. Another 40 minutes later our order finally turned up. The driver claimed another driver had quit that night, it sounded like an excuse but even if it was, that wasn't really our issue but there was no offer of any money back for our 1 hour 40 minute wait, or even a credit for our next order. The pizza was cold (unsurprisingly) and there was so little cheese on I thought I had made a mistake and ordered pizza without cheese, but I checked and I hadn't. To top it all off there was no complimentary sauces or dips. So cold, cheeseless pizza with no dips, after 1 hour 40 when all we wanted to do was sleep.
**Update: I have just received an offer of a $10 credit in compensation for our $50+ order. I would expect at least you to the same amount free of charge next time. What do you think? Is this unreasonable?
*Update, the restaurant management followed up on my goal ogle review and offered me a $50 credit which we used the following week. On this occasion the delivery was prompt and the pizza warm although I still thought was a little light in cheese but that may be subjective. All in all we appreciated the gesture and hopefully our first experience...

The app shows a "real time" of my order and it seemed quick, then the wait begins... i called after 30 min to see the status of the delivery and was met by someone sounding like I was annoying them and they said my order will be there soon. The delivery driver was very nice!
We enjoyed the pizza it was not the price as it was online, $10 more so it was 26.99 for a medium pizza, the wings came with a spice on them which I ordered only the natural type and a ranch was supposed to come with it.
