Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Rivière-du-Loup

Worst Tim Hortons in whole of Canada. Their service is slow which due to staff shortage is understandable but they keep messing with simple orders. Three times they gave me just milk instead of French Vanilla. Today I ordered a medium French Vanilla and a small black coffee and was given a small french vanilla (which I didnt see at that time and thought its black coffee) and the guy told me that French vanilla machine is not working so I had to get hot chocolate instead. They keep messing simple things and its not because of English or French as my wife speaks perfect french but unfortunately they are the only Tim Hortons in RDL so we have to keep going here. Hours on site says closes at 9pm, it’s presently 3pm and it’s closed… update the site hours!!!! All staff in the dining room decorating cookies and the old gal screaming that they’re closed!!! Aren’t you supposed to decorate the damn cookies in the kitchen not the dining area?

Sadly not first time I stopped here and the place closed before posted hours….. will never stop here again ever Just won 2nd worst Tim Horton in Quebec,first is at exit 48….saint Brigidge they’re the absolute worst I have ever ever visited for closing before posted hours. Not open at all, no drive, no espresso or just not product … bravo you...

The worst Tim Horton's I've been to by far. I've been here in the past and there were adults working, but every single person working there today looked to be not old enough to work. Clearly no idea what they were doing, no coordination with each other, just stood around chatting. Waited 20 minutes for a wrap matin du travailleur and watched as the girl who was supposed to be making the sandwiches just stood around doing nothing after finishing one order. I had to asked where my wrap was after 15 minutes. I even had to ask for a bag for my wrap when I finally got it. Maybe put an adult in charge of the day camp...
