I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and will not be ordering from DQ again. I spent over 30 minutes trying to place an order through your app, only to be repeatedly told my card was declined, even though there was no reason it should have been. I kept trying, thinking it was an error, but then I got a notification from my bank saying I had gone over budget. Turns out I was charged every time I hit the order button, despite being told the transaction failed.

Read moreThe girl running till wouldn't take the next order until all the food was given to previous customer. I stood next in line for 10-15 minutes and watched her dawdle making 2 blizzards and 2 orange Julius so it would all hit the customer at the same time. Meanwhile another girl came out of the back, took my order and my blizzard was in my hand in 1.5min. And the other girl was still pouring juice... The lineup was huge by the time I left. Sad cause it's my favourite fast food chain.
Side note... Sundre is PHENOMENAL!! HAVE NEVER WAITED. Takes 2 minutes if you aren't first in line and I'm always out with my ice cream...

Okay, we received the food, both fries only half full, chicken strips were dry and rubbery. The hamburgers were an embarrassment to Dairy Queen with the patties tasting outdated, bottom of bun was soggy, and the top of bun was a dried out rubber slab.
