A&W Canada — Restaurant in Rocky Mountain House

Passing through for the 2nd time at this location I was greeted again with the rudest team member. The 1st time I chalked it up to her having a bad day and customer service wasn't her specialty. Yesterday she was rude AGAIN when I was trying to figure out my order . Her having to handle the drive thru as well as having to take an order at the counter at 9:45 am on a Saturday morning was obviously a bit to much for her . I canceled my order and gladly took my business to the McDonald's beside your location. As I will continue to spend my 65$ every Saturday morning anywhere but this A&W. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this employee as a customer or coworker as I've seen her bark at the people she works with. Disgusting. Grab an anger management course or at the very least take some time to be kind to your customers. This is not the only place to eat in town. O/10 for your...

The food here is terrible! Hands down the WORST A&W I've ever been just solely because of their poorly prepared food. You spend $40 on two Burger combos, so you would assume the food would be fresh or at least prepared properly. Burgers came with ingredients on them that were asked to be left off. The buns on the bottom were rock hard because they've clearly been sitting in the warmer for hours. The bacon on the burgers was disgusting! Barely even cooked, completely cold, and had a gross grayish colour to it. Onion rings had no seasoning salt on them, and the French fries seemed to have been cooked about 3 times because they were hard as a rock. After a week of backwoods camping, we were really looking forward to this meal, and we were so disappointed. Next time, I would rather spend half the amount for the same quality food at the McDonalds...

So I was in both the 13 and 14th of Sept 2024. I was not happy as the blue hair girl and the blonde girl had water guns and were spraying everywhere and they were getting everything wet. Then ignored me for a bit while they were having these water gun fights. There were other customers shaking there head and saying they won't be back. Then on the 14th the same blonde and the girl who has black hair and darker skin was singing as loud and awful as they can and carrying on for a long time causing the other red hair girl to take her head set off cause of how loud it was. There were dancing and not paying attention to customers thankfully you had one staff the red hair watching and cleaning and helping customers. She went over and above and apologized for that...
