Service was exceptional! Rylan was fantastic! Prices and offerings were fair, food was decent, but Beef Dip loses 1 star for only coming with about 1.5 oz of Au Jus. Hardly enough for half the sandwich and nearly impossible to dip sandwich into such a small dish. Second half of sandwich was dry and chewy, not enjoyable at all! Management loses 2 stars for being both too cheap to provide enough Au Jus and too cheap provide enough for those who ask without charging extra. I pass through RMH frequently, but may never eat here again. Only 2 stars...

Stephanie was great, new to job! Food was terrible, my waffle tasted like old oil…my partner had a eggs with toast, hash browns etc. He was supposed to get the potato patties, and the waitress caught the mistake. She brought them out, no charge. They tasted like onion rings, due to fryer oil not being changed out....

The food is not that great, and the owner needs to step back and allow other people to run the place. If he stays on, he needs to treat his staff with respect, and not allow others to walk all over them. Confidentiality is confidentiality and that type of information should not be...
