Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Rocky Mountain House

Called for delivery, waited for a long while. Hung up, called rival pizza place, immediate answer and immediate service. I appreciate businesses that don’t waste my time by putting me on hold. It’s not like you’re the only pizza joint around Panago, you probably lose a lot of business because of this. I know who NOT to call when we need a large order of pizzas.

I give one star because after spending my time trying to do business with this chain, it was very apparent to me that they don’t care about my business. So I got zero food so i can’t rate that, I got zero customer service but my time was not valued, -2 if I could rate it that, and atmosphere, no idea, I was ordering delivery, so I can’t rate on that either.

I came by on the 14th of June, 2022 around 8pm. A young man at the front made my pizzas and was kind enough to refill my water bottle.
