Harvey's — Restaurant in Rosemère

Update- 22-May-2022. Went back at around 13:30 to avoid the lunch rush. NOT ENOUGH PARKING. Went next door to McD and that sucked. But at least they have plenty of parking.

Finally re-opened! Parking: sucks - what idiot designed this? Now the smaller than before parking area is shared with a shoe store. (Yes: a shoe store). Service: sucks - orders were pouring in, but there was only one person preparing each order at the "dressing" station. In front of me a family of 4 with 2 young kids needing order training. Other employees flitted by, but none helped out. About 7 or 8 minutes later, finally, someone "manned" (nice young lady) a 2nd station. The "line area" from cash to dressing to done is about ½ the width of the old location. Food quality: Hmm - something wasn't great - the bread in the buns different? Fries were good. Far less seating area than before - but that wasn't an issue when I was there. I like that lonely boxed in table near the entrance. Mine. Forever. If I go back. Anyway, I don't know what was "wrong" with the old location - fine as far as I could tell - but the new location...

I honestly don’t know where to start I went in drive-through there was one person in front of me so obviously I thought it was gonna be quick ended up taking 15 minutes just for me to get to the window. Thank God I had the chance to view how they work inside sitting in drive-through because that changed everything. I had the chance to see the young man at drive-through receive cash not wash his hands touch orders takeoff his mask put it on his chin snack on some food going to the kitchen give some high-fives and come back in the drive-through. Also there was other workers not wearing masks touching your face touching your mask and then making food!!! I have no interest in ever ordering here again it disgusted me the fact that they didn’t take one precautionary measure. It’s seems like it’s more of a social gathering spot than...

Except for the chicken nuggets, the hole meal was cold. Worst experience so far in a Harvey's restaurant. Vincent who took our order was great ! Good service, had a lot of humor. The older man who is an employee at the prep counter was going out of his way to give the nuggets to a customer that arrived after us. We had to express our disagreement to the employee who was taking the nuggets, at that point, the women who intervened we think was the manager gave us the nuggets. Otherwise our order would have been even colder. I ate the parts of my burger who were still warm and through the rest in the garbage. It tuned out to be an expensive meal. I won't be...
