McDonald's — Restaurant in Rosemère

Worst experience ever in a restaurant!! My girlfriend went there as I waited outside paying for our walmart groceries. Here is what happenned to her: She did the lineup which took a while than she ordered her poutine and PAID for it. Now as she waited for her command a big employee bumped her and passed in front everyone. My girlfriend is about 100pds and small so imagine a 200pds bumping her in line.... She asked her boss friend for her usual command which she didnt paid for and wasn't on the numbered screen either. The boss did everything quickly for her and she also ordered a poutine. Which wasnt payed either. She got her food and went out before everyone. Than the boss said to my girlfriend that there weren't any cheese left for the poutine... he gave the last ones to her friend who passed in front of everyone and didn't even payed!! So the boss refund my girlfriend... as you can see the bill. She waited all that time for nothing, only to get bumped by an another employee and the boss said nothing, he gave the remaining stuff to her instead of the costumer who did pay for it. This is crazy and completly not respectful of the costumer. Awful costumer service i definitely don't recommend this place at all! The employees and the boss don't care at all of the costumer. We lost a more than 15 minutes only to get passed by one of theyr employee taking the last portion which should have been given to us instead, 15 mins in a fast food that we lost for nothing... don't go there save your time. By the way the boss was so distracted you can see he gave us the wrong copy of the refund bill, it was supposed to be theirs... did he have all his mind at that time? I don't ...

By it's very nature, a Walmart McDonald's can never be a great experience. What with its limited menu options, tight spaces and hectic crowds, it leaves a lot to be desired. But not this location. All the inherent downside is made up for by the staff. Particularly, the manager that works on Sundays. Super friendly, super accommodating and extremely professional. If I were the franchisee, I give this guy a raise for making something...

Shameful, people waiting like sheep, barely any employees to make the food, charging for honey and sauces, prices are shameful and very dirty, they're taking orders but can't keep up one girl is doing everything and the rest are barely working and they didn't even give me napkins so I went too ask, he gave me two for me and my son... No ketchup...
