Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Rothesay

EDIT A COUPLE YEARS LATER: Increased from 4 to 5 stars, got 2 pizzas yesterday and they messed the order up a bit and one of the pizzas was a full 1/4 smaller with massive crusts, which left it with almost half the topping space. I called to leave a (polite!) complaint, they promised to make good on it and they followed through and made us 2 new pizzas free of charge this evening. These ones look excellent and they were kind enough to let us adjust the types / toppings as well and there was no additional fees. This is really good customer service in my opinion and my partner and I were very grateful and didn't anticipate this kind of response. We expected more of a "sorry about that, nothing we can do" but they went above and beyond. I'd say that while pricey, they really stand behind their product and certainly do seem keen on keeping the customers happy with their experiences.

Update: ordered twice in the last couple of weeks online. I ordered earlier in the day for a later time and each time it was at least fifteen minutes late. This evening (12/18/24) my pizza was not right and the other one was over cooked. I had originally given them 3 stars but I’ve really not been satisfied with their pizza or their service lately. I think we will go with Pizza Puzza from now on. At least the pizza come hot. Old post: it is an okay pizza spot. It doesn’t stand out from the rest. I had delivery the other night. The pizza and garlic fingers were great and very affordable, unfortunately I wont be purchasing Papa Johns again because of the CEOs numerous comments about the NFL, minimum wage, etc... the owner of this location may not agree with the CEO., and I may only be a small dent in the $801 million dollar Papa Johns CEOs income but Im sure others will follow .....I suggest he and other owners of these restaurants do something about their chief...
