The food here is delicious! It's hot, filling, and freshly made. The food is high quality and made in-store. I love the burritos especially! The ground beef is great, paired with paprika mayo sauce.

The staff is friendly, efficient, and quick to address any concerns. When you order, it's helpful to speak loudly so they can hear you through masks and Plexiglas.

The store itself is kept clean, well lit, and smells good. Even the bathroom is well cleaned. The whole place is quite cute, with photos of food prep and a quote on the wall.

The pricing is quite fair. It is more expensive than some other fast food places; a burrito is around $10 to $17, depending on the type of meat, size of burrito, and any extras (such as the guacamole or roasted veggies, both of which are an extra $1.50). However, you absolutely get what you pay for! The food is amazing and will fill you up!

There are a few options for ordering. First, you can obviously come in and order. Unfortunately, you cannot dine in currently because of Covid restrictions. There are a couple tables and chairs for the future though! Secondly, you can use the Quesada app to order ahead (a minimum of 15 minutes before you need it). Thirdly, you can get delivery if you're in the area! This location is newly partnered with Valley Eats, which delivers to your door.

I would also recommend downloading the Quesada app or asking for a rewards card in-store. You can earn points on every purchase and save up for free food!

I often give a place a few visits before speaking out about the quality and service, but this place is awful. I have been there 3 times in the past 2 months. Each time it was very inconsistent in quality, speed and service. Tonight however, was the worst, the entire line was empty at 615pm, the staff were as cheap/as minimal as possible with toppings,(half a scoop of rice per bowl, splitting a single scoop of beans to two bowls)(come on) and then charging me 1.59$ for extra veggies when there is no mention of the upcharge at all on the menu, website or instore. The young female serving me did not even acknowledge me being in the restaurant, she simply fumbled with gloves for a few minutes before saying anything. I really dont know what to say but that is trash service anywhere you go. I should have simply read all these reviews and saved my time by going elsewhere. We are Quesada lovers, and unfortunately, this location has been the worst. They are very cheap and make your bowls / meals light and small and then charge extra for EVERYTHING when you ask for a bit more. I've gone several times to Embrun Quesada, giving them the benefit of the doubt by hoping that maybe because the staff was new (brand new business), they still had some learning to do. I held back on posting a bad review for a while because I don't want to tarnish the reputation of a local business, but tonight was the same story.
