Hate to give them a one star but my experience today at around 5:30 was honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a subway.
My wife and I are avid patrons and we went to pick up subway before her shift at work.
Initially everything went fantastic, talked to your great staff members Nic (or Mic) and he was polite and chatted about how he was expecting things to pick up.
We ordered one supremo and one Canadian club and when it came time to toppings that when I met Kennedy.
Kennedy proceeded to build the sandwhich with using as few toppings as possible. Like for example 3 slices of cucumber (the toppings were running low so she was trying to save without replacing) and I had to ask a few time for a bit more (no big deal) But then finishing the subs I noticed the bacon never made it from the oven to the sandwich, and I ask kindly that I think the club should have bacon to be told outright "No it doesn't" until I pointed to your sign saying it did.
Then she goes oh I must of put it on your supremo and said nothing and started to wrap it and I had to stop her and say well that isn't my problem I'd like my bacon please.
After finally getting it she decided to so poorly wrap the sub that it was half sticking out and your nice employee Chloe noticed and fixed it for me right away apologizing.
It seems Kennedy isn't interested in her job or care about customer service and I am disappointed as I've chatted with the owner and it's a nice place but it seems Kennedy is hell bent on changing that experience.
It seems she needs evaluate if this is really a place she wants to work or...

My 2.5 pound therapy animal has been here so many times before never an issue, so I’m not understanding why the woman employed by this company felt the need to leave her post get on the phone and come and start bothering and badgering me. I left I’ll never go back. Why was my dog apparently an issue, but she kept glancing towards my black partner. Legally I don’t need to disclose anything in regard to my therapy animal but I suffered the loss of a child and she has been my coping mechanism. It makes zero sense to me that well. Only two employees are working that the first employee would welcome me and comment on how cute my puppy is well. The next woman left her post stopped making people‘s food and came to interrupt my day. She was extremely rude about it and very in my face . She didn’t seem to have any ground to stand on. Read moreWaited over 20 minutes after ordering the sub just to get toppings and pay. Wasn't even close to being able to add veggies as the new employee was super slow and making every sub as though it's art work. Taking her time to place all items while we were about 8 waiting in line. There was 2 people in front of me one of which had 4 subs. By the time I decided to leave 25 minutes later she had only done 2 of his 4 subs. Meanwhile the other lady working there just keeps making sandwiches which at this point I believe had at least 10 lined up. Like help the slow one out. Get her making sandwiches while you get things moving. I left and was super annoyed along with many other customers in line. We were all annoyed as nothing seemed to be moving. She needs to be fired period. Don't care if you're training if you have one slow sloth pace go work elsewhere than fast food. Word...
