Felicita's Pub — Restaurant in Saanich

Me and my friend ordered a chocolate martini thinking it would come out like the description on the menu. When the drink came out it was completely different there was chocolate sauce all over the glass which then chunked and was separating from the drink the to add to that there was a lemon on the rim. A LEMON ON A CHOCOLATE MARTINI. We then waited over 30 mins just for the server to simply walk past our table, we had to call out to her and ask if there was anyway we could get a different drink since this wasn’t what was described. She had no idea what she was doing, scurried to ask the bartender and then came back and said she’s sorry the drink “didn’t meet your expectations”. Which isn’t what we said at all. The drink was completely different from what the description was. We then waited there with dirty plates on our table for another 35 mins before we had to call her to our table to get the bill....

Probably the cheapest food that's actually good you can get anywhere in Vic. Huge shout out to Nick who I've had a few times. Guy isn't afraid to ask for clarification if he gets something wrong and is apologetic if he's busy. Please give him raise. Also had the guts to wear a white t shirt as a server.

Music in Fel's is a little too loud. I always sit as far away from the speakers as I can and still find myself getting a bit overstimulated after a couple hours. Also feel like at times servers are stretched too thin with how many people/tables they have to manage which can make service take a while. Please Fel's just give me the pitcher of water from the get go I promise I can drink it all myself.

We went into fels for a drink and food after our exam, we ordered chocolate martinis which the server didn't even know existed. The drinks came out and were essentially puddle water, vodka and chocolate sauce, and to top it off it was served with a lemon. (Not mentioned on menu). We requested politely if we could either have it re made or order something else, she asked the bartender and apparently it was not possible. So we paid full price. Took our server 30 minutes to check on us, and another 30 before we got the opportunity to ask for our bill. Overall unhappy and will not come back. Not accommodating...
