Went to the new location in Langford, I had high Hope's because it was clean and was busy, but when it was my turn to order I found that I was less than impressed. I placed an order for two hard shell beef taco's and two chicken quesadillas, seems simple enough and they made the beef tacos so fast that they started the quesadillas before i was aware that the taco's were done more on this later, started with whole wheat tortillas and he asked if i wanted vegetables on them, well of course he put like two slices of peppers.and onions on each one so i had to ask for a few more i got black beans and chicken put on which again was very sparse he slid them down to the girl to put the cheese on and she put one small scoop on the first one and then when it came to the second one there was not even a scoop left in the bin and she was just going to push it on down until i stated that there was virtually no cheese on it and she got this look on her face like a deer caught in the headlights of a car! She was not sure what to do it seems because i had to tell her that there should be more cheese than that and she finally went under and grabbed a new bin of cheese, needless to say she had no clue of what to do and was looking for direction from other employees. I pay for my order and take it home and that is when i found out that i should have watched them put together the tacos , there was a small amount of shredded beef and almost no toppings i asked for lettuce and tomatoes with cheese. They had no lettuce at all a few diced pieces of salsa and almost no cheese. At the price of $3.75 per taco it would seem that taco time does a better job at making a taco and they charge less at taco time, now my quesadilla tasted alright but it had more black bean than anything else and for the price they charge for one ,it is not worth going to Mucho Burrito AMD I will not be going back my Bill came to over $30.00 dollars for about $8.00 dollars worth of ingredients. Save your money and your time go else where for dinner. Oh they wear shirts that say if we were any fresher we would.be a farm. Ha you.would.never know it with the runny sour cream , it was like lumpy milk. Never again will I order...
Read moreMy pregnant self was craving a burrito so badly, so my husband kindly went and grabbed me a steak burrito from this location. When I got it I was ecstatic because it’s all I was craving! I took one bite and it tasted burnt, no cilantro lime sauce like I asked, there was barely any steak in it, I asked for extra pico de galo and got none. I had asked for rice and there were only beans. It was awful.
I was so upset, and all I wanted was a delicious burrito that I remembered having before. I don’t normally complain, but I called shortly after and had to leave a voicemail. It was a Sunday, so I wasn’t expecting to get a call back right away. I waited until Friday that week and then I sent an email. I have not heard back from the manager of this place still. I don’t normally post bad reviews online but this is absurd, and I am so disappointed.
To sum up, if you are thinking of having yourself a delicious burrito, take yourself to Mexigo in broadMead. It is beyond fabulous, reasonably priced and you get what you pay for. I will never step foot in A mucho burrito ever again. You’ve had your chance to redeem yourself and you utterly failed. Shame on...
Read moreIf I could give them zero stars I would. I have gone here many times and never had a problem. This visit was HORRIBLE. The rice wasn’t cooked so it was like eating rocks, the lady helping me decided to go back to the next person in line while the worker helping the man behind me kept helping him. So there I am standing waiting and when I point to the one burrito that gets guac, the guy puts it on the other, then gets mad at ME for his mistake. I then waited another 5 minutes to pay $30 for food that I couldn’t even eat most of when I got home. Not to mention their manager didn’t want to give someone a replacement drink after their table caused it to fall. This place used to be my favourite branch of Mucho burrito. Clearly the new manager has no idea how to run a food establishment. Never thought I’d be eating...
